Dear NSTAR2009 contributors,
Thank you very much for your contribution to the conference proceedings if you have submitted your paper.
Meanwhile, we still have about 1/3 contributors who haven't yet submitted their contributions, but request to extend the deadline. Upon negotiating with the publisher, we extend the proceeding deadline to July 20, 2009 . This means we have to shorten the refereeing and editorial time to still keep the schedule of publishing the proceeding before the end of this year in Chinese Physics C. In order to keep the schedule, we'd appreciate that you follow EXACTLY the format of the tex template ( http://nstar2009.ihep.ac.cn/proceeding.htm ) since this will minimize the editorial time.

The LOC of NSTAR2009
The conference proceeding will be published by Chinese Physics C as a formal edition. There will be a peer review procedure.
The deadline for submitting the proceeding is June 20, 2009 .
This is a strict date in order to reduce the publication time.
Proceeding page limit:
1) Plenary talk: < 8 pages
2) Invited parallel talk: < 6 pages
3) Parallel contribution: < 4 pages
The journal template can be downloaded hereŁ¨rar fileŁ© or tex ,eps1,eps2,cls. Please follow the instructions to produce the required format.
