Title: Strategies for baryon resonance analysis

Abstract:
The relevance of poles and residues as a meeting point for theory and experiment is discussed. Within the coupled channel meson-nucleon scattering model developped in Juelich, we investigate the dependence of poles on the pion mass to bridge the gap with lattice simulations.
